Attend a visit to your Doctor or Dentist to explain the changes in care required by your new diagnosis.
School/Work Visit
$15 per hour
Visit your school or business to explain to teachers, students, and co-workers about food allergies and how to prevent exposure.
Family Visit
$15 per hour
Have a family meeting to explain what your allergy is and how they can support you on this journey.
